We are happy to modify and optimise our standard devices according to your specific requirements.
Customised devices are also available in smaller and medium quantities. Our many years of experience in the field enable us to develop new solutions at lower extra cost than you would usually expect. Should we not be able to modify one of our products to your wishes, we are happy to develop a customised product from scratch. Should it be a useful complement to our product portfolio, we will only partially charge you for the development costs.
We start with a thorough consultation.
This is what we need to know to design your product: Only the essentials such as power, voltage, current and mechanical requirements. You do not have to mention industrial requirements as we set them as a standard. Even if we should enter new technical territory due to your framework conditions, we will not skate on thin ice. We calculate the feasibility of your project for free and check whether we can fulfil your conditions. In a first consultation with your development department, we will talk about your applications and their characteristics and summarise a rough specification. This will be the basis of a first cost estimate. You decide how and when we continue.
Development process close to the costumer
If our offer appeals to you, we will start the detailed planning of your project and specify all necessary approval criteria and framework conditions together. The specification we drew up in our detailed planning will then be used as a basis for our development and your approval. We translate your requirements into an excellent product with high efficiency. Our development department always considers the system as a whole and will surprise you with creative solutions.
